Nathan has been proud to call Colorado his home for the past twenty years. After receiving his Masters of Environmental Law in 2003, and his JD in 2007 from the University of Denver, Nathan has practiced law in Arvada, primarily in Estate Planning and Business formation.
During his career, Nathan has been a devoted Community Advocate, starting the Arvada Farmers Market in 2009, serving on multiple boards (Arvada, Brighton, and Westminster Chambers of Commerce – and various community based “local economy” based boards, and more).
Nathan has also founded multiple tech start-ups, community based ag and local food companies, and has worked closely with city, county, and state governments through permitting processes and Public Private Partnership agreements.
Through law, community development, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, Nathan has dedicated his career to improving his community. His exclusive legal focus on Estate Planning and Business formation is based on his belief of helping his clients achieve their goals while helping to strengthen the community in which they live.
I was starting a new wood working business in Denver. I wasn’t sure where to start with getting my legal documents ready and somebody referred Nathan to me. He made it easy to get going on that front and gave me the peace of mind I needed to focus on getting my new company off the ground. Thank you Nathan!
Nathan was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Best of all he was fair. Highly recommend!
